Moving into Phase 2 of the government's post-circuit breaker three-phased approach, Honda showrooms at 370 Ubi Road 3 and 255 Alexandra Road, as well as all service centres will resume full operations from 19 June, Friday. Grooming and car wash services will be available.

 

For your safety and that of our colleagues, we will continue the following precautionary measures at our premises: 

  • Disinfecting of all common areas and touchpoints throughout the day.  

  • Maintaining 1m safe distancing with clear markings.

  • SafeEntry check in/out for all visitors. 
  • Temperature screening for all visitors and staff. 

  • Daily declaration check for all staff.

2) Can I send in my vehicle for service without an appointment?

As service booking slots are limited, kindly login to our e-Service portal here or call 6841 3838 to book an appointment. If you suspect that your vehicle is subject to any safety-related issues, please bring it to our service centres for immediate attention. 

 

3) My vehicle broke down. What should I do?

Our roadside assistance remains open 24/7, kindly call us at 6841 3838. 

 

4) I am having issues logging in to the e-Service portal. What should I do?

5) I would like to purchase some parts. Is it possible?

6) What should I do in the event of a car accident?
