Allow our friendly service staff to help you arrange everything.

On your phone, key in: <SERVICE> space <LOCATION> space <YOUR CAR LICENCE NUMBER> space <PREFERRED SERVICE DATE DDMMYY> and send SMS to H-O-N-D-A (4-6-6-3-2)

For example, to service your car, licence plate number SBB1234X, on 1 March 2008 at Alexandra Service Centre, key in:

Send SMS to 46632

Once you have sent us your SMS, our service staff will contact you to confirm your appointment. SMS received after 5pm will be responded to on the next business day. SMS charges by your network operator apply.

Note: Due to possible network delays, your SMS may arrive late or not reach us at all. If we do not contact you within 2 hours of sending your SMS, please contact our Call Centre at 68413838.

Book, view, reschedule or cancel your service appointment anytime anywhere on www.honda.com.sg. You can also use it to update your particulars.

To access your bookings, simply login using your NRIC or Passport No. Your default password is your car license number.

Note: First time users of the website will be prompted by our system to change your password for security reasons. Forgot your password? Contact our Call Centre at 68413838 to reset it to default.
