• The rental charge is based on minimum rental duration of 24 hours.
• Late charges for excess hours are calculated based on 1/5th of the daily rental rate. Full rental rate applies with effect from the onset of the 3rd hour.

• The hirer must be above 23 years and less than 60 years old.
• The hirer must possess a valid local or international driving licence.
• The hirer must possess at least 1 year driving experience based on a valid driving licence.
• Provisional and probation driving licences are not valid for rental or leasing of our Kah Motor car(s).

• Physical Damage Waiver (PDW) can be purchased at an extra S$18 - S$22 per day (hirer's maximum liability is S$1,000). If PDW is not purchased, the driver is liable to Kah Motor Rental & Leasing for full damage.

• All charges are subject to prevailing GST.
• By cash: The estimated cost of rental plus one day's deposit is payable upon collection of the car. A final adjustment will be made upon the return of our Kah Motor car(s).
• By credit card: All major credit cards are accepted; final cost will be computed at the end of the rental period. The credit card slip must be signed upon collection of our Kah Motor car(s).

• All Kah Motor cars rented or leased out with a full tank of petrol must be returned with a full tank of petrol. All cars should only be filled with unleaded premium petrol. Petrol charges (inclusive of administrative and service fees) will be charged if the cars is returned without a full tank.

• The hirer is responsible for all parking charges, fines and ERP charges during the rental or leasing period.

• A surcharge of S$15 per trip will be levied for collection or delivery to locations within the Restricted Zone.
• A surcharge of S$30 per trip will be levied for collection or delivery to locations outside the Restricted Zone.
